Ms. Völkert has been caring for our dog since he was a puppy, and for us, she's the best veterinarian. In emergencies, you can get an appointment quickly, and most importantly for me: she doesn't try to sell you on expensive treatments. I like her straightforward manner, and when we've had to go to another vet in an emergency, you can really tell the difference.
A very competent and friendly veterinarian and dedicated staff. Our cat will be back. I have no idea if our cat feels the same way we do, but she hasn't said anything to the contrary.
