There are many veterinarians… but Ms. Völkert isn't just any veterinarian, not one of many… she is THE veterinarian with a heart. We've been taking our dogs there for years, and now we had to let our 17-year-old dog go – the situation was so difficult, filled with grief and tears – Ms. Völkert was a great support, handling everything with heart and professionalism… THANK YOU! As long as we have animals, this is the only practice for us! Here, it's not about the money, but about the animal and its well-being!

Ms. Völkert has been caring for our dog since he was a puppy, and for us, she's the best veterinarian. In emergencies, you can get an appointment quickly, and most importantly for me: she doesn't try to sell you on expensive treatments. I like her straightforward manner, and when we've had to go to another vet in an emergency, you can really tell the difference.
