The practice team was incredibly friendly. I had an emergency with my hamster and they immediately took plenty of time for me; everyone was so kind and caring. Thank you!

On Friday, my daughter and her very sick dog were turned away by a very rude lady because she didn't have an appointment. My daughter told her that her dog hadn't eaten in three days and was in very poor condition. The lady wasn't interested; there was no appointment and no treatment, so my daughter carried her dog to her car because the poor animal was too weak to walk. It's unbelievable that such a compassionate person is allowed to work in a veterinary practice. I don't believe this is in the spirit of Dr. and Dr. Graf.

Here, they truly act in the best interests of the animal! Our cat suffered from poisoning, and Dr. Graf impressed us from the very first examination. The entire practice team was incredibly helpful, gave us a warm welcome, and explained precisely what steps we should take to ensure our cat's speedy recovery. We felt completely well cared for – thank you so much for your competent and compassionate support!
