Our dog had moderate poisoning. This clinic was the quickest to get to, even though I called all over Cologne. The vet's assessment was correct; he received two injections, some activated charcoal tablets, and after three lethargic days, he was back to his old self.

Unfortunately, it's been proven once again that you shouldn't go there. My cat came in with a sore throat. She was treated for almost two weeks and nothing improved. Then the emergency vet came out and asked why she wasn't getting an IV. And yesterday morning, the poor thing died at the veterinary clinic. That shouldn't have happened.
I am absolutely thrilled with this practice. I spoke with several practices by phone beforehand, and here I received exceptionally friendly and competent advice right from the start. Ultimately, for this reason, and in addition to the standard treatment fee, I decided to have my cats neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated here. Everything was explained to me in detail, including what would be done, whether there were any cheaper options, the potential advantages and disadvantages, and alternative medications. The treatments for my cats were truly very pleasant and, for both the timid little one and the feisty daredevil, as stress-free as possible (as stress-free as one can expect from a vet visit). Even as a long-suffering cat owner, I was reassured and well cared for. All in all, I feel very comfortable and well-advised at this practice, so I gladly make the 25-minute drive here instead of going to the practice just around the corner from us. Thank you for this pleasant experience and for your flexibility in accommodating family situations. We will be back.
