I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. My dog received a very thorough examination, and ample time and attention were given to each step of the treatment. The vet demonstrated extensive expertise, empathy, and genuine concern for the animal's well-being. The diagnosis was accurate, and my dog was successfully treated and cured. It's clear that she practices her profession with passion and dedication. Thank you so much for your commitment, patience, and excellent care.

I had to go to her a few years ago because she was the only one on emergency duty, and now again. Both times were very disappointing. Inadequate treatment and examination, very superficial and unfriendly, and a very high bill, including an examination that never actually took place. I don't recommend it, and I won't be visiting this practice again! It's simply a rip-off, and I'm clearly not interested!

Our two kittens were vaccinated there. During the second vaccination appointment, I brought up the topic of neutering, and they said it would be fine from 5 months onward. I received a price quote after asking. "The male kitten will require more extensive surgery because one testicle is still in his abdomen or groin," they said. An appointment was made, and everything seemed fine up to that point. "After the surgery, I received a call: 'There's a problem. One of the male kitten's testicles was removed, and the other is likely in his abdomen or groin. We can't perform the procedure here; we need an ultrasound machine. The male kitten shouldn't have been neutered at all. I didn't even check his file—my mistake, sorry.'" That's roughly what the vet, who is also the owner, said. It wasn't even mentioned during the vaccination appointment that the practice couldn't perform this type of neutering. They just said it would be a major operation. It wasn't even mentioned during the vaccination appointment that the practice couldn't perform this type of neutering. Unfortunately, the vet wasn't there when we picked up the cat. The surgery was still billed with a small discount, which is ridiculous. A week later, we went to a different vet for a follow-up appointment and to have the stitches removed. This vet was surprised that two different types of sutures had been used: one absorbable and one non-absorbable. When we explained the problem with the cat, the vet simply said, "Why use an ultrasound? You can see where the testicle is." The best part... he could even feel the testicle in the groin. Now the cat has to be neutered again and put under anesthesia. The double cost is one thing, but putting the cat through another UNNECESSARY operation is quite another. This practice is absolutely not recommended!

We're very satisfied. The team is super friendly and the appointments are quick and easy, even in emergencies! The price/performance ratio is also absolutely fantastic! Our little ones are in excellent hands here. 🫶🏼

I can highly recommend them; I've been taking my dog there for 12 years and whether it's for vaccinations or anything else, the treatment has always been a success.
