Tierarztpraxis Yvonne Balg

I've been to many veterinarians, but I feel especially well cared for at this practice. Ms. Balg is very honest and direct and always answers all my questions. I have the feeling that everything is being done for my animals here, but I'm not being offered unnecessarily many or expensive treatments. I also think the system of being able to come without an appointment, even if there's a short wait, is great. We feel very well looked after! :)

I am very satisfied with Ms. Balg and her team. She always takes plenty of time for my three animals (two cats and one dog). She also patiently answers my numerous questions. Ms. Balg handles the animals with great sensitivity and makes the examinations as stress-free as possible. If the problem becomes more complex, she refers them to other colleagues. I find that to be a very valuable quality. We have also taken my cat to Mr. Balg for physiotherapy and were equally impressed by the calm and collected manner in which he treats them. My cat tolerated the treatment very well.
