Here, both animals and their owners are in good hands. You are greeted by very friendly staff. Waiting times are minimal. During the visit, not only is the patient cared for, but the owners are also given friendly support and kept informed. So far, we have only dealt with highly competent and friendly veterinarians. Max and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic! My dog ​​Max and I are more than satisfied. At this clinic, animal welfare is the top priority, not profit – you can tell every moment. What particularly impressed us: Quick help in an emergency: After experiencing acute pain and consulting with my physiotherapist, we were able to get an appointment immediately. Empathy & Expertise: The clinic is very clean, the staff is incredibly kind, and the veterinarians are extremely gentle with Max. They really take the time to explain everything thoroughly. No unnecessary tests are performed. Financial Relief: A huge plus is the clinic's seamless cooperation with our bank. This provided enormous relief in that situation and took the pressure off us. Outstanding Service: When Max later developed an infected tooth, the team was so helpful that they called me back immediately after I canceled an appointment to see us that same day. Moreover, they even called the day after the surgery to check on Max. Genuine care: Even after the CT scan and surgery yesterday, the doctor personally cleaned Max up in the treatment room when a small accident occurred due to the IV and anesthesia. He was always available to answer all my questions. Whether it's orthopedics or dentistry: The entire team is competent and warm.
