The excellent reviews here are absolutely deserved. In this practice, the dog (the animal) and, above all, humanity come first. Both veterinarians and the entire practice team treat each other with such love and respect, something I've unfortunately experienced very differently in other practices. I came to this practice because my dog ​​became very ill overnight. It was the first practice that was open in the morning. Years ago, I had only been there once. Today, I believe it was the best decision, or perhaps even a higher power that led me there. My beloved dog had to undergo emergency surgery because, unfortunately, a liver tumor was discovered far too late. At the previous practice, an ultrasound was never performed. Despite the surgery being just before the weekend, I never felt alone. He was even lovingly cared for over the weekend. In the end, his liver failed, and I had to make the hardest decision of my life. For this incredibly painful moment, I couldn't have wished for a better practice. We were treated with such empathy, respect, and dignity. I am incredibly grateful that such empathetic people still exist. I can't even imagine how many difficult situations veterinarians must face, and yet no one here was unemotional. On the contrary: they talked to my dog, treated him gently, and accompanied him with dignity until the very end. I have an incredibly deep trust in this practice and can hardly express how grateful I am. Please stay exactly as you are.
