I've been taking my animals to this practice for many years and am completely satisfied. The entire team is always friendly, warm, and competent, and they take their time with each patient. You simply feel very well cared for. The procedures are extremely well organized, there are hardly any waiting times, and everything is explained clearly and understandably. Here, you can tell that both animal and owner are truly the focus. A practice just as you would wish for – highly recommended! 🐾

After a very disappointing appointment at a large veterinary clinic in Herford, we found our way to Dr. Wellhöner in Steinhagen through a recommendation! Just before Christmas, she managed to squeeze us in for an examination and consultation at short notice. As we had feared, our Wilma needed dental work to correct a malocclusion! The medical history was taken thoroughly, and the findings were discussed in detail! Surgery was absolutely necessary! The surgery took place on January 13th! Today, January 16th, Wilma is already enjoying life again and bustling around the house! We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Wellhöner and her team! From the initial contact to the surgery, we always felt comfortable! All the staff members are very attentive and caring! The practice is modern and welcoming! Finally, a word about pricing. We are fortunate enough not to have to worry much about this! Nevertheless, it's an important issue for many pet owners! The pricing is extremely fair! Our treatment costs were 40% lower than the estimate from a large veterinary clinic in Herford! All in all, a great veterinary practice, just the kind you would want but probably rarely find anymore!

An absolutely fantastic practice. Luckily, I've only had to go twice, but both times it was absolutely wonderful. The team is without exception incredibly kind and empathetic, the animals are treated with such amazing care, and even I, as someone with social anxiety, felt truly well cared for there.
