VetPraxis West

The vet was absolutely wonderful with our dog, and you could tell that everyone involved worked with a lot of heart and compassion. After this visit, we'll definitely be switching to her! We've never felt so well cared for and understood at any other practice we've been to. Truly fantastic.

Finally, our four-legged friends are in the very best hands!!! In this practice, animal welfare truly comes first! Veterinarian Dr. Knebel and the entire experienced practice team impress with their outstanding expertise, loving helpfulness, and great empathy for both animals and their owners! The pleasant, relaxed atmosphere also has a remarkable effect on the animals and their owners. The practice is beautifully designed and impeccably hygienic. Also worth mentioning is the excellent telephone accessibility and the short waiting time after scheduling an appointment. A thousand thanks, and we'd give them just as many stars if we could... Sincerely, Heike and Andreas Schulze

My 15-year-old dog had two tumors surgically removed from her abdomen. Both my dog and I, as her overprotective owner, felt very well cared for at the veterinary practice before, during, and after the procedure. It's very clear that the animal's well-being is the top priority and that everything is done with the utmost care – the whole team is truly dedicated. Because of my dog's age, she received an appropriate anesthetic – without any complications. My husband and I were allowed to go directly to the recovery room after the surgery and be with her as she came to; that was invaluable! ❤️ Many thanks to veterinarians Ms. Knebel and Mr. Fischer! The surgery was about three weeks ago, and my dog is incredibly fit and full of life again!

I never thought I'd write this: I'm pleasantly surprised by the "new" practice. A very friendly and accommodating team, and with Dr. Knebel, an empathetic veterinarian who takes her time and makes pet owners feel they are in good hands, both professionally and personally. Thank you.

Simply fantastic! We recently started taking our cats here, and it's just the best! Booking appointments online is super quick and easy, and there are usually appointments available for the next day! The team is simply amazing; everyone is incredibly friendly and treated with a lot of understanding and patience, which isn't always a given with some vets these days. They always help as much as they can, and our cat, who usually gets very anxious in these situations, is already getting used to it! Highly recommended, thank you so much, team!
