I'd like to share my experience with this veterinary clinic, which unfortunately wasn't very positive. During my visit, I dropped off a urine sample for my sister's cat at the reception desk. The receptionist asked if I wanted just a simple test strip or if I wanted the sample examined under a microscope. I explained that I had only dropped off the sample and that my sister would call later. Ten minutes later, I called the clinic to let them know I only wanted a simple test strip. Unfortunately, the receptionist had trouble understanding my request and asked me three times, "What's your question?" I simply wanted to pass on the information, but she asked me countless questions, even though I repeatedly emphasized that it wasn't my cat and I couldn't comment on it. A few days later, the cat's condition worsened, and she was examined at a different clinic. There, they immediately made a different diagnosis: the cat had to be euthanized. It's truly heartbreaking that the veterinarian at the first clinic didn't recognize that the cat was suffering from kidney failure based on the blood test results.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Katharina Stork and her entire practice team. As soon as you enter the practice, you sense warmth, calmness, and genuine interest in the animal – no rush, no rushing, just genuine listening and attention. My dog, Dusia, was examined here with such patience, sensitivity, and professionalism that she felt safe despite her nervousness. Ms. Stork explained everything clearly, calmly, and understandably, carefully planned all the steps, and guided us through the difficult situation with great empathy. I am very impressed by the competence, warmth, and organization of this practice – and can wholeheartedly recommend it 💕 Here, veterinary medicine is combined with genuine humanity. 🌿 5 stars without reservation – both professionally and personally!

Our beloved cat deserved a chance. It is with heavy hearts that we must report the serious negligence of the Stork veterinary practice. Our cat, only 9.5 years old, suddenly lost a significant amount of weight. The diagnosis after blood tests and examination was: "Problematic teeth, blood values ​​okay." Four teeth were extracted during surgery. Once home, everything seemed fine; he ate and drank. Over the next two days, his condition worsened, and we had to take him to the emergency vet. There, a more comprehensive blood test was performed, and he was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus. This was exacerbated because he refused to eat due to tooth pain after the surgery. The following day, we sadly had to have him euthanized because his kidneys failed despite IV fluids. After speaking with the Stork veterinary practice, we were told that only a basic blood test had been performed, and therefore diabetes could not have been detected. We feel helpless and wonder: Why wasn't a comprehensive test offered or at least discussed? We mourn the loss of our pet and warn other owners about such unclear procedures.
