I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice! The staff is incredibly compassionate and competent. They provided excellent care for my pet, patiently and expertly addressing all concerns. The practice is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. I trust them completely when it comes to my pet's health and well-being.

Unfortunately, the vet not only seemed arrogant to me – which could certainly be a subjective perception – but she also ultimately mistreated our dog, causing us weeks of stress, unnecessary medication, and high costs that we, sadly, can no longer recover. An appointment with another vet who provided competent treatment was enough to correctly diagnose the illness (namely worms, which are really not uncommon and therefore shouldn't be difficult to diagnose).

Professional expertise is highly valued here. Super friendly treatment of both people and animals :) Thank you for everything and see you next time 🙂

As soon as you enter the practice, you sense warmth, calmness, and genuine interest in the animal – no rush, no rushing, just genuine listening and attention. My dog, Dusia, was examined here with such patience, sensitivity, and professionalism that she felt safe despite her nervousness. Ms. Stork explained everything clearly, calmly, and understandably, carefully planned all the steps, and guided us through the difficult situation with great empathy.
