Outrageous rip-off! We paid €100 (!!!) for these pills! And then there was the consultation on top of that! It would have been really helpful if they had told us how much the pills cost during the consultation, so we could have made an informed decision. Overall, the team was very friendly, but they need to be more transparent about their pricing!

Absolutely sensitive treatment. I'm absolutely thrilled. I was there with my cat, who is very skeptical about vet visits. The vet and assistant gave him plenty of time to look around the room and settle in at his own pace. I was absolutely amazed by the patience of the practice team. In fact, he didn't want to be touched (there was no urgent need for treatment), and we were able to simply schedule another appointment to try again and receive a sedative. It was a truly wonderful experience to have my cat slowly overcome his fear and to have his mental well-being taken care of here in the practice. I've also been to the practice before to have my beloved chicken, Hilda, put to sleep. The vets were very supportive, gave everything plenty of space and time, and were extremely respectful. Receiving such benevolent and professional support in this situation was so comforting and healing. I am infinitely grateful to the doctors for this.
