The vets are OK. No big complaints. Nevertheless, the PUSH (to another vets) factors to me are: 1. always need to wait for at least 30 mins or more to be seen, so appointment is literally lost the whole purpose. Never one time is on time or less than 30 mins. I think they need to learn how to make appointment in general. 2. one of the receptionists is very unfriendly & unhelpful. She is just unbelievable bad. She can chat with some customers she knows for a long time and ignores other customers are also waiting for service. One time she told me that I should make an appointment when I comes back to pick up my cat. It is because she was chatting with another customer. As there were only me & another customer (30 mins before lunch break). Her telephone manner is even worse. She can tell me that I should call back as she has no time to wait for me to find a slot in my calendar. To be honest, she is one of the key reasons I like to change the vet. On the other hand, there is one receptionist is very nice, she was the completely opposite to the rude one. 3. I have heard the costs are much more expensive than the other vets. My colleagues are also their customers which I found out by chance, but they are going to change their vets too because of the costs.

After a horrific dog attack on our dachshund Beccy, she was immediately and lovingly taken in at the small animal clinic and received excellent treatment and surgery. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and all the veterinarians for their prompt assistance, wonderful care, and great attention. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful at all times. From the very first moment, we felt taken seriously and in the best possible hands. Especially during such an emotional time, their warm and empathetic approach gave us so much strength. A highly competent practice team that is very empathetic and patient with cats. As an owner, you receive comprehensive information and are taken seriously. During treatment, there is always ample time for all questions and descriptions of symptoms. The facilities are excellent, allowing for spontaneous and necessary procedures such as X-rays or lab tests. We feel very well cared for there, and all of our cat's minor ailments have disappeared so far :)

We've been taking our four cats to this practice for quite some time now and couldn't be happier. Everything here is wonderful, from reception to the veterinarians. You can immediately tell that everyone here practices their profession with a lot of heart, patience, and genuine love for animals. We're particularly impressed each time by how lovingly and calmly our cats are treated. Anyone who has cats knows: vet visits are rarely their favorite thing to do. Nevertheless, everyone always takes their time, explains everything clearly, and handles the animals with great care. As an owner, you feel just as valued as your pet. Our cat Toffee has unfortunately become a regular here because he has a few health issues. That's precisely why we're incredibly grateful that he's in such good hands. Whether it's an examination, treatment, or simply a concerned phone call, we always feel that everything possible is being done to make him feel better. What we particularly appreciate is that nothing is rushed; everything is explained calmly, and you can tell that the staff here not only provides professional medical care but also a great deal of compassion. Regarding the fees, I've read in some reviews that they seem a bit high to some. However, it's important to consider that this is a very well-equipped practice with a large team that is dedicated to providing patients with the best possible care. Ultimately, the well-being of animals should always come first. Anyone who acquires a pet also assumes responsibility for it, which includes being able to cover veterinary costs in an emergency, no matter how high they may be. If you truly love your animals, you'll insure them; then, in the end, the cost of a single examination or treatment doesn't matter so much. In October 2025, I brought my dog ​​to the practice as an emergency case. A German Shepherd had bitten and seriously injured my dog. I was, and still am, so grateful that my dog ​​received such quick and excellent care. The practice team is fantastic.
