Great and caring professional, takes time to explain and to involve us. Waiting times are an issue sometimes, but I guess that this is what happens by good vets. All in all we are very satisfied.

On May 8, 2026, I brought an injured hedgehog to this veterinary practice after describing its condition over the phone and being told I could come in. However, I was greeted with the words: "What am I supposed to do with a hedgehog?" The treatment was then carried out hastily and superficially, while a cat was being treated simultaneously. The hedgehog was simply given antibiotics and fluids – no thorough examination was performed. Only afterward did the volunteer hedgehog rescue team determine how seriously ill and injured the animal actually was: a broken jaw, respiratory disease, severe malnutrition, abrasions, pus in the eye, an inflamed toe, and pale mucous membranes. The latter, in particular, should have been noticed during a brief, careful examination. I was especially disappointed by the dismissive attitude toward an obviously suffering wild animal. Every animal – whether pet or wild – deserves at least a thorough medical assessment. Despite the superficial treatment, I was charged, even though no proper examination took place. Overall, this incident leaves me with a very disappointing impression.

Absolutely fantastic practice with a wonderful, competent, and empathetic veterinarian and a truly lovely veterinary assistant (I hope that's the correct term). Unfortunately, we had to have many of our cat's teeth extracted due to FORL (Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions). The waiting time for an appointment was very reasonable, the aftercare was explained in detail, and the vet took the time to answer all our questions. We chose them based on the positive reviews and are completely satisfied – thank you for the loving care! The price was also very reasonable, and you don't get the feeling, as with many other veterinary practices, that you're being ripped off.
