It takes some time, as is probably the case in any practice, whether for humans or animals. The people who work there are wonderful. They examine and diagnose patients calmly and thoroughly, and all the staff we've met so far have been simply kind and friendly. You can tell that everyone enjoys their work or is learning it.

The team is so warm and friendly. They put you at ease. Superb veterinarians and wonderful veterinary assistants. Thank you again so much.

You do have to wait a little longer, but they take plenty of time for the patients.

I have taken all of my animals there ever since this veterinary practice was founded (almost 30 years). There have also been situations where I unfortunately had to go to other vets, so I definitely have something to compare them to. By far, the Bargteheide small animal practice is the best practice for me. Whether doctors or assistants, they are all, without exception, just incredibly kind and compassionate towards both people and animals. They find a solution even for difficult and rare cases. Two of my dogs' lives have already been saved despite everything pointing against it. Also important: they are always open and honest. They are always highly motivated and extremely well equipped. The costs may be a little higher, but they are not extortionate. For me, the services provided are acceptable. I am even happy to accept the travel time. I can recommend the practice and everything 100%.
