We were and still are very satisfied with the veterinary practice. Our animals were already patients of Dr. Freitag. Even after Dr. Harre took over, we have only experienced first-class treatment. Unfortunately, our animals haven't always been lucky with their health and have had to undergo some serious procedures. The prices are perfectly reasonable and are based on the official veterinary fee schedule (not arbitrary, as mentioned in other negative reviews, which we find incomprehensible). One should always be aware that an animal can become ill and this involves costs. Dr. Harre's veterinary practice has always provided us with expert advice and performed surgeries on-site, sometimes even after hours. We can highly recommend this practice.

We are very satisfied with the veterinary practice. Appointments are quick to get when you call, and they even call you back. The veterinarians are very competent and empathetic, and the whole team is very nice, helpful, and always friendly. I am very satisfied with the consultation and treatment of Lenny (our dog), even though he wants to leave the practice as quickly as possible 😃. We are in good hands. You are truly the worst! Refusing help to an animal simply because it lives on the street (of course we would have covered the costs, which we clearly communicated) is appalling. The cat desperately needed medical care, but this practice apparently lacks both the necessary expertise and social skills. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone, because it seems the animal's background is more important here than saving a life and showing civic courage towards a four-legged friend.
