I can't understand the negative reviews here! Ms. Wendt always provides expert advice from a highly professional perspective, without charging for it. As for pricing in general, Ms. Wendt naturally has to adhere to a certain price list. The small markup she charges to cover fixed costs (which every self-employed business owner has to do to survive) is more than justified and actually much too low. Ms. Wendt is always incredibly kind to our Rocky, and we only go to her when circumstances allow. Stay as you are and keep up your friendly approach – this, of course, also applies to your employees.

We are so grateful to have found this wonderful veterinary practice. From the moment we entered the lovingly designed and beautiful waiting rooms, we felt instantly welcome, calm, and in good hands. We were greeted so warmly from the start that we immediately felt a sense of trust. Throughout the entire appointment, the staff took an exceptional amount of time for us. The examination was very thorough, everything was explained calmly and clearly, and our many questions were answered with great patience and empathy. We were particularly impressed by the consistently warm and attentive way our dog was treated. Our French Bulldog is anxious and doesn't get along well with other dogs. This was perfectly taken into account; everything was organized calmly, thoughtfully, and with great care, so we felt safe and in excellent hands at all times. This was a huge relief for us. We are simply incredibly happy to have found a practice near us for our ten-year-old French Bulldog, where we could leave with such peace of mind. In the most difficult moment, when my beloved dog Arthur had to embark on his final journey, you accompanied us with so much love, calm, and compassion. Thanks to your empathetic approach, the clear and reassuring explanations of each step, and the respectful atmosphere, my dog ​​was able to fall asleep peacefully – surrounded by us as a family, in dignity and warmth. This farewell was incredibly painful, yet at the same time, I experienced how precious and comforting such humane and heartfelt support is in such a moment. Yesterday, we took our cat Minka to Jana Wendt's veterinary practice for her first vaccination and microchipping appointment. The friendly welcome and pleasant atmosphere were very welcoming. Ms. Wendt and her colleague, Ms. Holstein, lovingly cared for our cat, addressing her anxieties and needs. We were truly impressed by their empathy and consideration. Ms. Wendt explained everything thoroughly and pointed out many important things to us. A heartfelt thank you to this team! They clearly work with great dedication. The practice is wonderful, and we highly recommend it.
