I took my cat to this practice and I'm absolutely thrilled. The vet was incredibly friendly and empathetic, and she took plenty of time for the examination. You can immediately tell that she truly cares about the animals' well-being. My cat was treated with great care, which made the visit much less stressful for her than I expected. All my questions were answered clearly, and I felt well-informed at all times. A competent and warm-hearted vet who makes you feel like your pet is in excellent hands. I've been very satisfied so far, and the three times I've taken my cat there (as a substitute), I was very happy. However, I recently went there without my cat, just to pick up some new medication. The young man at reception reprimanded me for coming without my cat. He said they needed to check her blood, otherwise they wouldn't be able to dispense any more medication. I can understand that in principle. But my cat will be 19 next month, and car rides are a nightmare for her. She's finally feeling better; she's eating, more energetic, and participating in daily life as much as she can. I'm willing to accept slightly higher liver values ​​and not have to drag her to the vet all the time. The way they treat the owners is unacceptable. A little more empathy and tact would be appropriate. I'll only go back to my "old" vet. There, even the owners are treated well, not just the animals!

I called them today and asked about the price for the chip implantation. They wanted €120. Then I called another clinic and they only charge €20. Now I'm wondering what the clinic is charging €120 for? Do they actually implant the chip themselves, or is the €100 just for coffee? I think it's a complete rip-off.

I had a stray dog ​​from Spain, who had been diagnosed with heartworms in Portugal, treated by Dr. Metzner on the recommendation of my regular veterinarian.
