We are so happy to have found Dr. Müller's practice and can highly recommend it to everyone! The practice team is incredibly lovely; you feel comfortable, and the animals feel comfortable too! My dog even enjoys coming, even though she doesn't usually like the vet. Dr. Müller greets the animals so warmly that every animal can't help but feel at ease! I think the appointment system is fantastic—no long waiting times for either people or animals! Superbly planned! Dr. Müller and her team take plenty of time for their animal patients and are very empathetic and gentle! I am so grateful to Dr. Müller for helping my dog when other vets couldn't find anything wrong and just wanted to make a lot of money. I wouldn't want to go to any other vet!
Absolutely the best! She is the best veterinary in this area! She takes time with the animals, no rushing and gets along so well with them. She was the first veterinary where my cat didnt make any panic. No long waiting times, very friendly staff. Highly recommended
I've been taking my two cats to Dr. Müller for two years now. The whole team is always very kind and extremely gentle with the cats. You never have to wait long, which I think is fantastic because vet visits are always stressful for many animals. Despite their initial excitement, my two always feel comfortable. Dr. Müller makes sure the animals have a pleasant experience and always offers them tasty snacks. Short-notice appointments for emergencies are also possible with prior arrangement. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend the practice. The practice has a small parking lot where I've always been able to park. That's also very convenient!
We took our dog to the practice, and as previously mentioned, everyone was very friendly. Our dog felt comfortable, and the surgery could be performed promptly. When we picked her up, we had a pleasant conversation explaining the examination and surgery procedure. We owe the contact and recommendation to our regular vet, who was currently unable to perform the surgery. Thank you so much! 🙏
I would not recommend this veterinary practice to anyone. My dog had several symptoms, which I told the vet about. It was dismissed as an infection, which wasn't true at all. The antibiotics and cough syrup didn't help. When I wanted an early blood test appointment because my dog was getting worse, I was brushed off and referred to an animal hospital. My dog suddenly had too many different symptoms, which the vet couldn't treat. The absolute worst part is that you're left completely helpless and on your own. All the symptoms were there from the beginning, and I clearly explained them to the vet. The main thing was to charge me one last time and then get rid of me because they didn't know what else to do. If I could, I would give them zero out of zero stars.
