I take both my cats and my dog ​​to Ms. Heider. Years ago, my cat was having problems with constant sneezing. I was told over the phone that a minor anesthetic was necessary to ensure there was no foreign object in her nose. I was invited for an appointment very quickly. Upon closer examination, it was determined that the cat only had a cold. She received an injection, and afterward, she was perfectly fine! Other veterinarians would probably have performed the other examination anyway to collect the money. But not Ms. Heider! A very competent and honest practice. I was just there with our dog because he has a mild ear infection. He was treated very gently, and we received excellent advice! It's clear that the goal here isn't to make as much money as possible from a sick animal, but to help the animal get well again! Thank you! 😊

Dr. Heider and her team are very competent and friendly; we wouldn't consider any other veterinarian. They always make the correct diagnoses and provide our animals with professional care. We feel we are in good hands here.
