Your pet will be in very good hands there. The veterinarians are friendly, and the reception staff is also very welcoming.

I have been a patient of this veterinary practice for many years with my dogs and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice and the entire team. You always feel well cared for and receive competent advice and attention.

I went to the vet today on a whim because my dog wasn't feeling well – apparently not a good idea. Right from the start, I was subjected to a lecture about why I dared to show up without an appointment. I repeatedly and explicitly stated that I only wanted a blood test for the lab. At the vet's own request, she then proceeded to palpate my dog's abdomen – an operation that took an estimated 3-4 minutes and which I neither asked for nor needed. Afterward, I was expected to pay €150. For an examination I hadn't requested. The lab fees alone are around €20-30, but apparently, this was considered a particularly exclusive form of abdominal palpation. After some discussion, the price was generously reduced to €120 – I certainly felt taken seriously. The overall tone was unfriendly, and to top it all off, the vet even told me I shouldn't come back. Don't worry – after this experience, that's not going to happen anyway. The tone was generally unfriendly, and to top it all off, the vet even told me I shouldn't come back. Anyone who wants to pay a lot of money for little service, questionable billing and a good dose of rudeness will find themselves in good hands here.

We have been patients at this practice with our dogs for many years and have always felt well cared for. Our veterinarian, Dr. Dieck, has known our dog for a long time and has cared for her with great diligence, expertise, and empathy throughout the years. When severe neurological symptoms suddenly appeared recently, Dr. Dieck was there for us reliably from the very first day. She pointed out early on that neurological specialists should also be consulted and advised us openly and honestly. In recent days, we were able to come in daily for bladder stimulation, which was medically necessary for our dog. Despite the emotionally difficult situation, Dr. Dieck was always sensitive, patient, and caring. After we received the diagnosis of a spinal cord tumor during an MRI scan at a specialist clinic, and our dog's condition deteriorated very rapidly, Dr. Dieck did everything possible without hesitation to ensure she had a dignified and peaceful passing. Although she didn't really have the time, she came to our home to accompany our dog peacefully into the light in familiar surroundings. During these difficult days, we could feel that this wasn't just someone doing a job, but living it as a true calling. Professional competence, honesty, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility were always paramount – both towards our dog and towards us as individuals. We are deeply grateful for this support and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
