I often take Balou to her for any little ailment or other things like dog passport entries – she always has a sympathetic ear! She even came to our house when Benno was seriously ill...he lived to be 16!!! When our cat became seriously ill, she also came to our house, treated him, and he's perfectly healthy again!!! Huge respect and thumbs up!!! Thank you so much!
Quick service, very practical and nice
I took my Havanese, Benji, there today for his vaccinations and deworming. When we arrived, the examination table was still covered in old, blood-soaked bandages. They were removed, and the table was briefly wiped with a dark cloth from the sink. No disinfection whatsoever, no gloves. He was looked at, his ears were checked briefly, and his temperature wasn't taken. So unhygienic... I'll never go there again. I'm only giving it one star so I can post this.
My cat hadn't eaten since Sunday and seemed very weak and unwell. On Monday, I went to her practice, and I'm always amazed that vets make unnecessary comments when cats become aggressive towards them. She didn't treat my cat and only glanced roughly into the carrier. Afterwards, she was given an antibiotic, which was completely unsuitable for her condition. On Tuesday evening, we went to an emergency clinic, thankfully. While she's friendly, my impression is that she's unwilling to examine difficult patients.
On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Dr. Geiler. We have four dogs and have been taking them to her for many years. She has always given us the right medication and helped our dogs recover. Thanks to Dr. Geiler, my eleven-year-old dog recovered from severe pneumonia and a serious uterine infection. Our other dog can now run beautifully again after successful joint surgery. She is a wonderful veterinarian, and we wholeheartedly recommend her!
