Unfortunately, I have to change my recommendation. This practice is not suitable for small animals, especially gerbils. My gerbil was incorrectly diagnosed with bloating, when in fact she was pregnant. We told them they were both males because that's what we were told at the pet store. Since I'm a new gerbil owner, I didn't know any better. I would have expected more effort from Dr. Christine Jahn, specifically that she would have examined them more closely and palpated them more thoroughly, thus sparing me this unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, everything was nice there. :)

A fantastic vet who truly loves her job. Appointments are kept, and there's no waiting time. She tries to do everything possible and answers all questions with a lot of patience to help both the animals and the humans. We found the perfect vet for our three male cats. The entire team is also understanding, empathetic, and fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful and try to fulfill all our wishes. I've been working at the practice since 2011. We had also been to Dr. Braune before that—and were more than satisfied. Thank you so much to her and Ms. Gerber for all these years and their help. Huge, huge compliments to everyone.

I can highly recommend this practice. Dr. Jahn is attentive to each patient and takes her time with everyone. The team is very empathetic, and you can tell they all love their work. The patients receive excellent care. I love this practice and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for this practice and this team.
