We went to the emergency vet because our dog was attacked by another dog. The vet was friendly and kind, and explained clearly what she was doing and why. She handled the animal wonderfully. If we didn't already have a very good vet, I would switch.

A truly wonderful and friendly team! I have a longer commute, but it's well worth it. I switched to this practice because they have a dental X-ray machine, which is essential for teeth cleaning. The practice is also very modern, which I really appreciate. Furthermore, they pay close attention to the recovery phase after anesthesia, as this is the most critical time. Even the heart ultrasound went perfectly, despite our cat being quite anxious. The practice has a lovely, comfortable atmosphere, and you can tell that they work with genuine passion and patience. They take their time, explain everything clearly, and their interaction with the animals is simply wonderful. I'm completely satisfied and can highly recommend this practice. :)

At the practice, we received not only a warm welcome but also exceptional care – and this extended well beyond regular opening hours. The two veterinarians are absolutely competent, calm, confident, and show a palpable passion for the animals' well-being. They are simply wonderful people – humorous, approachable, and truly caring. We were particularly impressed by the personal follow-up: the very next day, we received a call from the practice asking how our little one was doing and whether the medication was working. This kind of attention is sadly no longer a given these days – but here it's standard practice. We are incredibly grateful to have found this practice on such short notice and have therefore decided to switch to them completely. I highly recommend this practice! I've been there twice now with an emergency. My furry friends were always treated with great care, in a personal and professional manner. The consultations were always informative and respectful, and plenty of time was allotted for questions. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and the entire team!
