Best service received in germany. Not only did they treat my dog with love and care they also saved his life. Thank you to the Dr's and staff members for all their services and help we have received in the last 3,years.
Everything was perfect. They fit us in within a day, and after a wait did a complete and accurate exam. We received medicine and instructions, and our dog immediately improved. We are so happy! Thank you!! This will be our regular vet from now on.
Unnecessarily expensive but most importantly - they don't seem to care about animals. They treat the animal as a kind of animated object that has certain issues that may possibly be solved with cold science and knowledge, instead of what it really is - a beloved pet with a soul, who means the absolute world to their owner. The staff and doctors aren't evil or malicious but I recommend finding someplace else if you want to feel like your pet is truly cared for. Bottom line - not the best care, plus VERY expensive.
We received amazing and fast care for our furball today. Both the vet and the vet tech that assisted in the appointment were knowledgeable and super friendly. Previous vets have been scared to work with my cats and request to sedate them just for a routine checkup,but each time I come here, my cats walk away from the appointment with no sedation and feeling better.
