The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, which immediately instilled a sense of trust in us. Dr. Muck took ample time to answer all our questions and thoroughly explain the treatment options for our cat. It's clear she has a genuine passion for animals and cares deeply about the well-being of each individual pet. The practice is modern and well-equipped, which gave us an added sense of security. The aftercare was also excellent – ​​we were contacted regularly to check on our cat's progress. Overall, we are very satisfied with the care and service we received. We're not actually from the area, but we were vacationing in Marburg for a few days when our Great Dane suddenly suffered a gastric torsion in the middle of the night. Dr. Birke was on call, and I'm very grateful for that, because he and his colleagues saved my dear Emma's life. Emma is already 10 years old, which is an extremely impressive age for a Great Dane and also makes treatment even more difficult. Nevertheless, the team managed it and was loving, focused, competent, and at the same time reassuring at all times.
