Reviews
Very professional workers and amazing doctor who really takes care of the animals. Always in the inside only just good vibes
Really nice staff, who care a lot about the animals.
A very kind veterinarian who also takes time for wild animals. Thanks to the practice's help, we were able to help two hedgehogs this year build up their weight and general health before hibernation so they can survive the winter in the wild.
We cannot recommend this veterinarian. We brought her a dog we had recently adopted ourselves from another family. Ms. Schneider lied to us, telling us he had to stay in the hospital. Despite my asking if we would get him back and what was happening since he was injured, she lied to us. We wanted to act out of love for the animal, but she wanted to take the dog away and deceived us. Even when I asked if I could tell the children the dog was coming back, she said yes, of course. In reality, she was incapable of being honest. She incurred unnecessary costs. She wanted to take the dog away from us from the very beginning. She didn't listen to the fact that we hadn't caused his condition but had wanted to save him. The fact that she lied even though she knew the small children were excited about the dog and that she deceived us makes the whole thing very unpleasant. She should have been honest, but she wasn't.
We've been coming here with our male cat since last year, and this year with our kitten as well, and what can I say... an incredibly friendly team, a fantastic vet, and the prices are fair too. They really listen to the animal here; if one of our cats is getting overwhelmed, the examination is ended as quickly as possible to avoid stressing them out too much. For treatment, you're always given options, which Ms. Schneider explains thoroughly. You never feel rushed or pressured into anything unnecessary. We feel incredibly well cared for here and wouldn't go anywhere else for anything in the world ❤️
