I can genuinely say that Dr Ehrenbeg and her amazing team showed absolute professionalism, compassion and kindness during an extremely difficult time for me and my wife. We were travelling through Germany to Austria when one of our dogs became gravely ill. We literally googled the nearest vets to the motorway we were on and just walked in her door. The moment we arrived Frankie our labrador was rushed in for examination Sadly Dr Ehrenbeg was unable to save him and we had to let our boy go. This was done so compassionately by the team and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for your kindness and support in this difficult time regard Martin & Sara

A fantastic, competent, and outstanding practice. People who truly care and aren't just out to make a sale. Alternative treatments are accepted here and not met with disapproval. The team is always friendly and kind and takes wonderful care of their furry patients. My Great Dane always received excellent care here. I think the good preventative care is also what helped my beloved dog live so long. Sadly, Ferdinand passed away at home last year due to old age. But I thank the team from the bottom of my heart for everything they did for Ferdi and me. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone. A definite 5 stars and more from me. Thank you so much for everything. And if I ever get another Great Dane, I will definitely come back to you.
I was only there once – in an emergency, because my dog had probably eaten poisoned meat. We were seen immediately, without any waiting. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, yet at the same time completely calm and professional. That's exactly what you need in a situation like that. I immediately felt taken seriously and in good hands.
I am absolutely thrilled with this practice! A very kind, dedicated, and competent team. Our little Chita was treated with great care. With a heating pad and a cuddly blanket, she was able to wake up relaxed after her surgery. Here, animals are still treated with heart. Thank you so much!
