I have to give one star for this review, but he doesn't deserve any. The star is for the fact that he even answered the phone. He was our vet's "emergency" contact. We had an emergency two nights ago, and I called Mr. Eberl, apologized for the inconvenience, and explained that our dog's kidney values were unmeasurable and the IV fluids weren't working. Our dog was very ill, which I made very clear. He claimed the dog's rapid panting was because he needed to urinate after the IV. I repeatedly told him that the dog was really unwell and that we needed help. His response was that he couldn't help at that moment. He was the emergency contact! He just wanted to go back to sleep and didn't want to help! It's the absolute worst thing that someone like that should be allowed to call himself a doctor. Our dog died, by the way! Karma takes care of things, thankfully. I've never experienced anything like this before, but thankfully there are also vets with their hearts in the right place, and a real emergency vet came to us who was kind and understanding from the start; she was woken up too, of course. Thanks for nothing!

I found a very kind, empathetic, and, I think, competent veterinarian for us here. Dr. Eberl takes his time with the animal and listens attentively to the owner. In my opinion, the animal's well-being is the top priority at this veterinary practice, not the money... Great doctor and great team!

Mr. Eberl is the best and most empathetic veterinarian I have ever met. The team is professional, incredibly friendly, and helpful. Their expertise is unparalleled, and we will be eternally grateful for Mr. Eberl's help and treatments. Bonus: Very reasonable prices and a welcoming, family-like atmosphere at the practice. 👌

Unfortunately, I've been there three times, as he's our vet's emergency contact. Unfortunately, three bad experiences with three different animals and situations. Short version: 1. A very distressed cat we found. He didn't even examine it, just gave it antibiotics, charged us, and that was it. The next day, at the next vet, the shocking truth came out. The animal had multiple fractures and was clearly in excruciating pain. The cat survived but had to undergo major surgery. 2. Our dog suddenly became ill and could barely walk. Again, this vet was the emergency contact. He didn't examine her thoroughly, just gave her a few supplements and presented us with a hefty bill. On Monday, we went to our regular vet, and our dog was immediately euthanized. Our regular vet just shook his head. 3. Current case: My mother's older dog wasn't well, panting heavily and vomiting brown food, etc. According to the internet, this vet was again the emergency contact. Again, no thorough examination, not even a quick check-up, just some anti-nausea medication and something to build him up. A hefty bill, and that was it. The next day he was even worse. We were brushed off; they said it needed time to work. The following day, we went to our regular vet. He immediately euthanized the animal. Our regular vet shook his head. Conclusion: If you're looking for an emergency vet and want to pay a lot for very little service, this is the vet for you. As I said, this is the short version. These three incidents have happened in the last three years, and the most recent one was very recent. After having this experience three times now, I felt it was important to share it here.

I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. My cat had a severe seizure on Friday night. I tried to contact the clinic several times and left messages – but received no response. My cat died a few hours later. She was only 6 years old 😭😭 Not receiving help in such an emergency is absolutely devastating.
