I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the clinic! I brought my cat Mokko in for neutering, and everything went perfectly. The operation was performed professionally, on time, and with great care. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. They explained every step to me, supported me throughout, and took excellent care of my cat. You can really tell that animals are important to them. A veterinarian with a heart! She is a very warm, competent, and understanding veterinarian. She takes plenty of time for the animals and provides expert advice. Her prices are also fair and transparent. You feel well cared for and never have the feeling that unnecessary treatments or costs are being imposed on you. Overall, a veterinarian you can recommend with complete confidence.

We took our dog to Dr. Avital Mühlenhaupt's practice today, after having been to another veterinary clinic and not being satisfied. This vet deserves more than 5 stars! Our anxious dog, who has never been to the vet without barking, felt so comfortable there. She has such wonderful empathy, immediately making everything positive with treats, sitting down and not pressuring the dog. She's not only excellent in her field, but also has a great understanding of canine body language. At the end, she even brought her own dog in briefly so our dog would have a positive association and feel safe. No unnecessary treatments. We will always go to her from now on; she's simply a world-class vet!

Fantastic veterinarian, fantastic team!! Dr. Mühlenhaupt and Ms. Roos are highly competent and very friendly 👍. They treat the animals with great care and are very empathetic with the owners. They are easily reachable and offer quick appointments (especially in emergencies). Sammy the cat says thank you for the excellent care and quick help with his terrible feline herpesvirus 🙈😷. We are usually enrolled at a different veterinary practice. Due to a potential emergency, we called Dr. Mühlenhaupt, as she is on call over the weekend. After two conversations and sending us a few photos, she assured us that it wasn't anything urgent and a regular vet visit on Monday would suffice. She recommended a suitable treatment method. The dog is being cared for, and we are relieved. Very kind and absolutely competent. We highly recommend her. Therefore, 5 stars.
