Fantastic veterinarian, fantastic team!! Dr. Mühlenhaupt and Ms. Roos are highly competent and very friendly 👍. They treat the animals with great care and are very empathetic with the owners. They are easily reachable and offer quick appointments (especially in emergencies). Sammy the cat says thank you for the excellent care and quick help with his terrible feline herpesvirus 🙈😷. And by the way... Super fair prices despite the legally mandated increase 👍 Thank you to the wonderful team! 😻

Ms. Mühlenhaupt came to my rabbits' house today for a house call. She's an absolutely incompetent veterinarian. Half the equipment was forgotten, none of the animals received their medication, and the prescription pad wasn't even there. Instead, she demanded that I come back to the practice to pick up the prescription—why would I call the vet to my home? On top of that, she was incredibly rude on the phone, and when I said something, she hung up on me. She's living up to her reputation, unfortunately. She was the only vet I found who offered house calls, so I thought it was worth a try. Sadly, it was a complete waste of time! She could have told me over the phone that I could get infant nasal drops for the rabbits at the pharmacy—it was simply a rip-off. Furthermore, when she wanted to listen to one of the rabbits' chests, she ended up listening to my hand under the rabbit—I've never experienced anything like it. Absolutely stay away!

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at the clinic! I brought my cat Mokko in for neutering, and everything went perfectly. The operation was performed professionally, on time, and with great care. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. They explained every step to me, supported me throughout, and took excellent care of my cat. You can really tell that animals are important to them. I am more than satisfied and will definitely recommend your clinic to friends and acquaintances. Thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism, and loving care! 🤍

A veterinarian with a heart! She is a very warm, competent, and understanding veterinarian. She takes plenty of time for the animals and provides expert advice. Her prices are also fair and transparent. You feel well cared for and never have the feeling that unnecessary treatments or costs are being imposed on you. Overall, a veterinarian you can recommend with complete confidence.

We met during an evening euthanasia, not exactly an ideal occasion... However, the procedure took place in the dog's home in a loving, calm atmosphere. Such home visits are invaluable! Equally valuable for anxious or socially intolerant animals: there's no (potentially overcrowded) waiting room or waiting times, just punctual appointments. Personally, I always appreciate it when experienced practitioners don't rest on their laurels but attend continuing education courses (even if it means no appointments are available on those days). Everything else is, of course, subjective, but our dog (a rescue dog with dental anxiety) enjoys being pain-free after his dental work and goes into the practice without any problems, where he can roam off-leash and always gets a treat. And we truly enjoy accompanying him!
