Dr. Hasenbein has been treating our cat since 2017, and we are extremely satisfied. Without her holistic approach, combining homeopathic and conventional medicine, our cat would no longer be with us. Dr. Hasenbein always takes her time, and in her practice, we are treated like patients. She always gives us excellent advice on what we can do to ensure our cat's well-being—no rushed, impersonal service like at some other veterinarians. We greatly appreciate Dr. Hasenbein. 😺

Anyone who values ​​competent and holistic care for their animals will find themselves in good hands here. Alternative treatment methods are supported by conventional medicine, and if a diagnosis requiring sophisticated equipment is necessary, you will be referred to the appropriate specialists. Our four dogs and cat feel comfortable here thanks to the peace and quiet, the lack of the hectic atmosphere often found in typical veterinary practices.

I wouldn't even give it a star because of the "nice lady" on the phone, but unfortunately that's not possible :) My daughter was supposed to call the practice because we were in the woods with our kitten a few days ago, and since then, she's been experiencing increasingly severe symptoms. These include nausea, loss of voice, and difficulty breathing. My daughter was simply told, rudely, "We don't do any checkups or scans just because of every little kitten fart," and then the doctor hung up. So, I would think twice about entrusting my pet to that woman after a phone call like that.
