I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic. My cat had a severe seizure on Friday night. I tried to contact the clinic several times and left messages – but received no response. My cat died a few hours later. She was only 6 years old 😭😭 Not receiving help in such an emergency is absolutely devastating.
We were there on Friday with our dog, who almost died on the way. My son rang the bell and was simply told they were fully booked! And that was with a big grin... no help to be expected from this woman, yes, I say woman because in my opinion she's not a veterinarian. I hope that one day she'll need help herself and won't get it.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Martin. She is an absolutely kind person and provided us with incredible support during the difficult time when we had to have our cat put to sleep. What makes Ms. Martin stand out: • Expertise: She is extremely professional and possesses a vast amount of knowledge in her field. You always feel you are in the best hands. • Empathy: She supported us not only medically but also emotionally. For her, the well-being of both animals and their owners is paramount. • Time & Patience: You are never rushed. She always takes the necessary time to address your questions and concerns and is always polite and empathetic. • Honesty: We particularly appreciate that, unlike some others, she is not driven by financial gain. She is truly concerned with helping others, not profit. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us. A veterinarian with heart and soul – we wholeheartedly recommend her! I'm really disappointed. Even though I called half an hour beforehand to let them know I'd be a little late, we still had to wait over 45 minutes. The waiting room was freezing cold, the heating was off – absolutely unacceptable, especially with a pet. While we were sitting and waiting, other people kept coming and going, only to be seen again after a few minutes. The feeling of being completely ignored was extremely frustrating. Around 5:30, we finally thought it was our turn, but then someone else arrived just before the end and was simply seen ahead of us. When we asked, we were simply told that we would have to wait longer. The tone was disrespectful, both to us and to my cat, who had to endure an unnecessarily long and stressful wait in her carrier. This is no way to treat people or animals. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
We came to Dr. Martin through the emergency veterinary service. We felt very well cared for and safe with our dog, Nicki. Dr. Martin takes a lot of time for both of them and examines the patient very thoroughly. Nicki, our dog, also felt safe with her. She explains everything, no matter what's on your mind. She not only attends to her animal patients and is there for them, but also to the people. She is very empathetic towards both. We are all very happy and grateful to have her for our Nicki.
