Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by my first and last contact with the practice. It's completely incomprehensible to me that a non-veterinarian would try to explain some studies to me over the phone without ever having seen the dog and without even asking about the specific medical history. I explicitly explained that my dog ​​had already had Giardia twice this year and that I was very familiar with the symptoms. Nevertheless, I was simply accused of simply being caused by a food intolerance. I find this kind of thing absolutely outrageous and truly unprofessional. I expect a veterinary practice to take me seriously and to at least seriously consider the individual case before citing alleged studies. I truly hope this will be improved, because this kind of thing shouldn't happen in a professional veterinary practice.

Today is the time to finally write a review! We have been customers of this practice for so many years (even though we've lived about 30-35 minutes away for the past five years) and have been there so many times with our animals (dogs/cats/horses), and unfortunately, often with emergencies. Sometimes even with two surgeries in one day... ALWAYS (but REALLY ALWAYS) Ms. Rieß and her team were there for us!! At all times! Even yesterday evening (Saturday) we had an emergency and had to resort to a veterinarian in the neighboring town, who was able to save our poisoned cat and even gave us the IV fluids over the weekend. (A big thank you again here), but the "cutlery" broke, and even here Ms. Rieß was there for us, and we were able to pick up the supplies to care for the cat last night! I can only thank Ms. Rieß and her team again and again! I'm so glad there are still such kind and competent people out there – that's become quite rare these days... ❤️ THANK YOU ❤️

A very friendly and competent veterinary practice. We feel our dachshund mix is ​​in good hands here. My father is also very satisfied.

Easy to reach, with its own parking. Very empathetic and competent veterinarians. Even most animals like going there. 😉
