Very competent Vetinary staff.
My dog had 12 teeth extracted last week. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind and helpful staff. The vet took his time to examine my senior dog and allowed me to be present while he went under anaesthesia. After the operation, he explained the procedure he had followed, backed by visual records. The operation as well as the following check up was more affordable than anticipated. I was most impressed with the professional approach as well as the friendliness. I certainly can recommend this place without any reservations. Thank you kindly for your excellent service.

Today, June 17, 2026, Mailo unexpectedly left us! I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to veterinarian Dr. Hannappel for her loving and compassionate care and support. She made saying goodbye much easier for us, both in person and in our memories, allowing us to carry a more peaceful and less emotional memory with us. However, I must add that I don't understand why one has to pay an extra €20 for showing up without an appointment in an emergency. I still think the team is very good, but unfortunately, I personally found the owner impersonal – what a shame!
