Very friendly and incredibly quick appointment scheduling. This positively surprised me and I was very grateful for it, because Loki (my son's cat) had started marking very confidently and constantly. Thanks to the quick appointment and the neutering performed by the doctor, this was abruptly stopped. Everyone was very kind and friendly and concerned about Loki's well-being. I was even able to pick him up after just two hours and received a special call to arrange it. Everything went smoothly. The wound healed perfectly. The price was absolutely fair. Although, understandably, Loki wasn't thrilled at first. He growled at me when I let him out of his carrier, but I think I deserved it considering what neutering entails, or rather, what the cat no longer does 🙈🤷🏼‍♀️ Thank you so much ❤️🙏❤️
