Kleintierpraxis Dr. Heike Mühlbauer

I've been seeing Dr. Mühlbauer for over 10 years. She's simply the best veterinarian I've ever had. A visit to the vet is never a joyful experience, but in this practice, they have a big heart for both the animal and its owner. Dr. Mühlbauer is incredibly compassionate and gentle with the animals; even my anxious cats have thawed out here. Unfortunately, my beloved cat, Pucki, was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma in March 2025. Dr. Mühlbauer immediately arranged for him to be admitted to a veterinary clinic. After his hospital stay, she continued to care for us seamlessly and was available throughout his illness, not only for examinations but also for my questions and concerns. When Pucki died, it was the worst blow of my life, and it was a small consolation to know that not only I, but also his veterinarian, had done everything possible for him. After his death, I even received a condolence card from Dr. Mühlbauer and his team. In conclusion, I can only say that I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Not only professionally, but also in every other respect, you and your pet are in the best hands there. Absolutely everything is done to ensure the animal's well-being; all treatment options are explored and discussed, and they are always willing to listen to any concerned owner.

We had to find a new veterinary practice because our old one closed down. We chose Dr. Mühlbauer's practice. We took our 7-year-old dog, Veli, to see Dr. Gellrich. She took plenty of time for the initial consultation and examination, as our dog suffers from hip dysplasia. We felt very comfortable there, as Dr. Gellrich treats both animal and owner with great sensitivity and empathy. Dr. Gellrich was also willing to treat our dog osteopathically, which pleasantly surprised us. Since we feel so comfortable there, our rabbits, Susi and Flötzinger, have also been to the practice. We'll gladly come back anytime :)

Where to even begin? Perhaps like this! For me, she's the best veterinarian in the area, if not the entire county. If you want to prioritize your pet's well-being, then there's no way around Dr. Mühlbauer and her team. Her loving approach to animals is unparalleled. (My German Shepherd only sees the door to the veterinary practice and immediately wants to get on the examination table.) Even when we, as pet owners, have questions, Dr. Mühlbauer takes all the time she needs and explains everything calmly and with great understanding. It's rare to find a veterinarian who is as dedicated to both animal and owner (in my case) as Dr. Mühlbauer. A truly fair and wonderful veterinarian. I can wholeheartedly recommend the entire team and Dr. Mühlbauer to everyone! Thank you so much! I've known Dr. Mühlbauer since our time at the Germering Animal Clinic. For me, she's the kindest and most empathetic veterinarian in the greater Munich area. Whether it was with my dog ​​back then or with my cats later on, she's always been wonderful. Even my most fearful cats can be treated with her tricks.
