Reviews
Yesterday I called the veterinary practice and described my cat Jessy's emergency. She's 21 years old, screams, breathes rapidly, and has paralysis in her hind legs. She can no longer stand or walk, even though she's been registered at the practice for 21 years. I was told there are no appointments available for the entire week, even though Jessy is a medical emergency. I explained to the woman that it was time to say goodbye, to which she gave the absolutely outrageous reply that she couldn't help me right now. I am truly shocked! I absolutely advise against going to this practice! No animal should be treated like this!
Not recommended. I had the same experience with our dog as Isabellé Dürr (I enjoy reading her review) did a year ago. The difference was that I had been using this practice for 10 years to care for our dog (all vaccinations, surgeries, and many other treatments), so they had known him since he was 12 weeks old. Luckily, I have a fantastic vet (who is great with both people and animals) who gently and peacefully put our dog (at 10 years and 4 months old) to sleep with us in the garden.
We felt very well cared for by Ms. Nowak and her team over the past few weeks. We were admitted to Ms. Nowak's practice as an emergency case at the end of November. Our dog was diagnosed with a serious liver tumor, likely a secondary condition resulting from her previous splenic tumor. Unfortunately, some of the tumors ruptured on Christmas Day, and we had to let our dog go at Ms. Nowak's clinic. We sincerely thank the entire team for supporting us during this difficult time; there are certainly more pleasant things to do at Christmas.
I stumbled upon this practice quite by chance in March through a recommendation and I'm absolutely thrilled. Both my cats received fantastic care during routine checkups and when they were ill, and they were treated incredibly well. The entire team is super friendly and helpful. An added bonus for me is the ability to access current data, invoices, medication schedules, and appointments via an app. Highly recommended – especially for cats 🐱
Dr. Nowak and her team are extremely competent, meticulous, and incredibly caring! My two Persian cats, 19 and 14 years old, have been receiving excellent care for years. Thank you so much, I am incredibly grateful! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🌺 Alexandra Schulz
