Super!
Very good. Very thorough. Wait time varies from a few minutes to an hour. Not inexpensive, but this is likely due to inflation across the board. Highly recommend.
Very gentle with animals.
The spaying of our British Shorthair cat went smoothly. She was back to her normal self the same day. The team was very friendly, competent, and caring. The treatment, service, and value for money were excellent. We can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you!
I apologize in advance for my indiscretion, but when it comes to my animals, I will do everything in my power to ensure that no one ever goes to this practice again. My cat had kidney problems. This was known, but the wonderful veterinarian, Dr. Julia Kluge, wanted us to decide how to proceed. She even got angry at times. Having no clue about her job is one thing, but then to charge such high fees for treatments that are completely ineffective is another. We lost our cat very early because of this incompetence. And I can say with certainty that there were other treatment options available, because my other cat has also developed kidney problems due to her age. We are now at a different practice, where we received excellent advice, and I learned about treatments I had never even heard of before. These are standard procedures for kidney problems. Our cat is doing great, and her vital signs are even improving. Now I'm just furious, because my first cat shouldn't have had to suffer such pain and die so young. I hope every pet owner can understand this.
