Very rude, I knocked the door and they shut it saying in one minute will be open!! In one minute!!! Also I called for an appointment before coming and the answer machine said you don’t need for an appointment to come so I sent a message saying I’m coming because I need to travel, and at the rude receptionist they said I need for an appointment!!!! So after taking a taxi and having my cat out in the cold weather and I received all this chaotic and rudeness

Within the last 2 years my dog has received 2 TPLO surgeries at this clinic from Mr. Hasanbegović. I brought my mid-size dog from the US to Germany, and finding out that my dog had a crucial ligament tear which required surgery was very devastating. Especially so far from our home clinic. However, after meeting the team and Mr. Hasanbegović in 2023, my worries were at ease. They are extremely experienced, patient with all of our many questions, and incredibly skillful and precise in their work. Everyone in the area praises this clinic for good reason. By the time my dog had another crucial ligament tear last year, I wasn't even worried because I knew he was in good care with this clinic. For this, I am incredibly thankful!! Even though we live in Switzerland, I made the drive back to Köln to ensure my dog was in good care. At the end of the day, it is worth coming here and I'd do so again anytime. My dog is happy, healthy, and running fast like never before! THANK YOU Mr. Hasanbegović and the whole team! 😊

The loveliest doctors and nurses in cologne! The love and attention they gave to my pet was unmatched. They speak English too, which for a foreigner like me, is a huuuuge advantage! Also my dog had an accident and I rushed to the clinic very close to their closing time. Without hesitation they started working on him and stayed an hour past their closing time. Such amazing doctors!

Clinical Examination was good but after examination process was not satisfied for me. First they said that blood results sended to me in 2-3 day but they send after 1 week. I called the clinic for several times to speak doctor about high value in the results but every time they said doctor will call you back. Anybody didn't call to me for 2 days and still waiting

I’m so happy to have found this vet office! We’ve had some bad experiences in the past and my dog has bad anxiety when visiting a veterinary. We dropped by without an appointment to have a deep splinter removed and she was acting out quite a bit when we arrived but the nurses are so kind and did an amazing job in calming her down! They were so loving and caring throughout the visit, it really calms my worries to know, that if something more serious could happen she’s in great hands. Thankyou so much! - also, they speak English which is a huge relief for me!!
