She took wonderful care of our beloved dog from her very first day in Germany (we arrived from Greece with a bite wound). Even when we had to say goodbye to her with heavy hearts, Ms. Ulrich and her team treated both our darling and us with competence, compassion, honesty, and respect. Even though it was Friday evening, we were given as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our dog. There was no pressure or rush, just respect and compassion. A heartfelt thank you for that!
