We spontaneously dropped by today with our dog just before closing time and were warmly welcomed. All the staff were very friendly and you could talk openly about anything. Our dog felt as comfortable as the circumstances allowed, but she behaved wonderfully with Ms. Ulrich and the other staff members – because everyone was so great. It was lovely. Thank you for the quick and excellent help. Highly recommended!
