I'm so glad I found Dr. vom Bruch as the first veterinarian in the neighborhood for my first dog. In emergencies, I've always been able to get an appointment even on short notice. The practice team is consistently very friendly and professional, both in person and on the phone. Dr. vom Bruch has a calm and direct manner, yet is always kind – exactly what I expect from a veterinarian. She works thoroughly, empathetically, and with a strong scientific foundation. She's very observant and consults with colleagues when she feels something falls outside her area of ​​expertise. I truly appreciate these qualities and hope she remains a part of our community for many years to come.

We had to take our Havanese to the emergency veterinary clinic of Dr. vom Bruch today because our dog had his first epileptic seizure. We felt so well cared for and, most importantly, taken seriously. If only every veterinarian were so empathetic, friendly, and loving with both the animals and their owners. It's a shame the clinic is too far away for us.
