Since my dog ​​has problems with her intervertebral discs and her front leg, this animal physiotherapy was recommended to us by the specialist clinic and our veterinary practice. We can only report very positive experiences. Because my dog ​​is always very shy and skeptical at first, Chantal, with her calm and friendly manner and lots of treats, gave her plenty of time to get to know her. My dog ​​really enjoys coming to the physiotherapy sessions, and using the underwater treadmill works wonderfully. We receive excellent explanations of each step and are given good exercises to do at home.

My cat Carli had a serious accident with fractures in her pelvis and hip, and her nerves were also affected. For a long time, it looked like she might lose a hind leg. Thanks to the excellent veterinarians and assistants, she came through the surgery well, and the healing process was slow but steady. Then the animal physiotherapy practice next door was highly recommended to me: and what can I say, Tiffany helped us so much! A training plan was created for her to do at home, an obstacle course was set up for her at the practice, her muscles were reactivated, she received massages... incredible! And, not to be underestimated, Tiffany gave ME hope that Carli would recover. After just a few sessions, I was able to do some things with her at home, which she then, as she got better, didn't enjoy anymore. She much preferred Tiffany!!! She's still limping a bit today, but that will improve. I can highly recommend this animal physiotherapy practice for cats as well – and the costs were fully covered by my pet health insurance (Barmenia).

The facilities are fantastic and modern, including the underwater treadmill, and the staff is highly motivated. We feel very well cared for and will definitely be back!

My husband and I take our dachshund to Chantal for physiotherapy and are very happy with it. She shows us excellent exercises and massage techniques to do at home and works with our dog on-site. The treatment is very professional, and we're seeing improvements. Our dog also really enjoys it because the exercises are demonstrated with great care and are varied.
