We visited the emergency veterinary clinic yesterday. We were greeted warmly at the door. There was no waiting time; we were seen immediately – which was fantastic, especially considering the minor emergency. The examination itself was very pleasant, particularly for my dog. The veterinarian took her time, was calm and patient with our dog, and gave him the necessary space. She performed the initial examinations very calmly on the floor, so he only had to be on the examination table briefly, making the whole experience relatively relaxed for him.
