We had a small emergency with our dog. And she started to Panic. But the dokter and assistent managed to calm her down. They were very empathetic and professional. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Thank you for taking care of our Corgi!

Monday, 9.8.2021 Our cat got an infection on his paw during the weekend 07-08.09.2021 and since our normal vet is 20km by car away, we decided to visit them because of the very good reviews in here and they are walking distance in order to get a new vet closer to home in case of this kind of emergencies. We arrived there, the nurse’s first question was if we have an appointment. How can I imagine a week ago that my cat will get an infection on his paw during the weekend? Second question was if we have been there before, the answer was again no because it was the first time we went there. And the reaction from them? They told us that we can go to a vet clinic which is 1.5 km away, they can’t check our cat that day... I left speechless...

Very good clinic, probably one of the best in Köln. We like both things - medical competence and customer relations. They have very strong competence especially in oral problems. Treatment: our cat had a problem with teeth and soft tissue. Previous vet did a surgery on soft tissues without paying attention to the root cause of the problem and stating clear diagnosis . We came to AW clinic and described the problem we have in details. Ms. Sellmer and her colleagues did a great job, conducted all necessary tests, made a diagnosis, and conducted an operation. After the surgery our cat feels very good, I surprised that he even has no swelling around his cheeks on the second day! At each stage of the process we had maximum transparency. We were always explained and informed about all test and procedures, their cost and importance for the treatment. Customer relations: We were always treated in a very nice manner, always very supportive and pleasant. We had all consultations, and probably even more than it usually takes, because we were asking many questions, too many. Really good clinic, we are very thankful for curing out cat, really happy that we found them

This is a wonderful vet clinic for our two rabbits. Our rabbits are rescued-purebreds and require a fair bit of attention. The exotic vet specialist is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and the vet techs are fantastic at handling rabbits. They have been our vets for almost 2 years and I would recommend them to anyone. Additional plus, many of the staff are fluent in English (when our German just doesn't suffice).
