Today was our first time at the veterinary practice with our rabbits. From the initial phone call to make the appointment, to our visit today, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Braun examined our young rabbits very gently and carefully. He is also highly competent, and his passion for his work is evident. During the examination, he explained what we, as owners, should pay attention to, while ensuring that the examination time wasn't unnecessarily prolonged. Afterward, he took the time to answer all our questions. Dr. Braun is a veterinarian with heart and soul, and I highly recommend him. The same can be said for the friendly young veterinary assistant who helped during the examination. She was calm and collected, and every movement was precise, minimizing stress for the animals. This was noticeable after the examination, as they practically went back to their normal routines immediately. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care we received from Dr. Braun! It's immediately clear that he works with animals with a great deal of heart and experience. Dr. Braun takes his time, explains everything clearly, and is very empathetic with both the animals and their owners. Our Elmo (poodle) felt completely at ease there – and so did we, of course. I know Dr. Burandt from her previous practice. Even then, she provided excellent care for my dog ​​Hennes, saving his life through her attentive and meticulous work, and later extending his life by more than two years. My Labrador, Stöpsel, was also in good hands with her, as we regularly went for heart ultrasounds. She played a significant role in my dog's quality of life. Now I've brought Bonnie, a Maramano mix, to her because she's changed a lot and isn't losing weight despite a strict diet. She conducted a 1.5-hour examination, turning her inside out, but everything was calm and very gentle. We're now waiting for the blood test results. What I particularly appreciate about Dr. Burandt is her direct, firm, yet loving way of communicating with the owner. I remain a loyal patient and gladly recommend her.
