I can highly recommend Dr. Commander, a doctor with heart and mind who is immediately there for her patients and has a great deal of empathy. We are very satisfied. The practice is not a high-tech facility, but the animals are meant to be helped here, and that is fully achieved.

About two weeks ago, I took my chicken to Dr. Cimander as an emergency. She quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to provide prompt medical care. While she was there, she explained what I should/need to do for the next few days and gave me an antibiotic and an injection for the beak. We returned a week later for a follow-up appointment. Thank you for allowing me to come in so quickly and on short notice. It's especially important because other vets might just see it as "a chicken," and there are very few vets as competent in this area. The chicken is now doing great and is back to chasing me around crowing ☺️. So, from me and my pesky chicken, it's 5/5 stars ⭐️. Thank you!

Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience at all. The practice was extremely dirty, and we immediately had a bad feeling. We went there on a Saturday because our dog wasn't feeling well. Without a thorough explanation, they immediately gave us injections and performed a lot of unnecessary tests – the final bill was €360. To us, this doesn't seem reputable or animal-friendly. We definitely won't be coming back.

I took my sick and elderly budgie to Dr. Cimander. There was no consultation regarding the examination or its costs. The administered and dispensed medication, as well as the examination, cost a total of 80 euros... she said she had her fee schedule. I wished she would have euthanized the old and sick bird. But I wasn't consulted or asked for my opinion, even though she mentioned during the initial consultation that he was extremely emaciated. After issuing the bill, she said he might die on me. He's now struggling through the remaining time. The only positive thing to mention is that she is knowledgeable about birds and had an appointment available immediately. I cannot recommend her and will not be going back. Update: After four days, he crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
