Unfortunately, he is completely unreliable in terms of timing and appointments. When he does arrive, he barely speaks to anyone and seems more interested in chatting with people he knows, even having a coffee break during the treatment. My horse was heavily sedated without my prior consent, even though it wasn't necessary at all. He comes and goes as he pleases. He is arrogant and very unfriendly. He only answers questions briefly and curtly. He doesn't really explain what's being done. As a patient, you're often forgotten, even though regular treatment sessions are necessary! Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend him and will not allow him to treat my horse again, even after the treatment is complete. The rest of the practice team, however, is generally quite friendly.

They always have a solution, no matter the problem. Whether it's Dr. Göbel himself or Ms. Held, who even called the clinic after my mare was admitted with colic to coordinate the best possible aftercare at home! A veterinarian doesn't need to spend hours talking to me personally, but rather help my animal in need, and that's more than guaranteed with the entire team around Dr. Göbel. I have my horses and my dog ​​treated there!

I had my mare treated for lameness for the first time on a recommendation. The practice is incredibly fast, friendly, and very competent. I found both veterinarians to be excellent; they treated quickly and effectively. I'm absolutely satisfied!

I am very satisfied with the treatment my horses receive and can highly recommend the veterinarians at this practice. Communication via WhatsApp and telephone is excellent, and the appointment scheduling is very reasonable for a veterinarian! After all, everyone wants their treatment to proceed smoothly and without stress.

I was asked at short notice if I could help Mr. Göbel examine a horse, specifically with an ultrasound of its leg. During the examination, I unfortunately found the veterinarian's tone disrespectful. When I then suggested that he could do the work himself, it was later remarked that my statement was probably "driven by his reproductive cycle." I found this comment extremely inappropriate. I would like to see more respectful interaction in a professional setting.
