I am so grateful to Susanne Schmitt for her wonderful way with animals. She addresses each animal's needs individually and lovingly – whether it's the senior animal who is given enough time and space to lie down peacefully and with as little pain as possible, or the fidgety young dog who prefers to chew on the therapist's hand, who receives a great deal of understanding and support. My dog ​​unfortunately had to have a leg amputated. Both Susanne and Eva were incredibly kind to animals, competent, empathetic, and patient. I would especially like to highlight their flexible scheduling and their wonderful way of handling my dog. They also gave me a support harness to try out before deciding to buy it. Highly recommended!

I've been taking my dogs there for a while now and I'm always thrilled. Susanne is incredibly kind and friendly. She's very good with the dogs and explains everything she's doing. I have two timid dogs who don't like being touched by strangers, but because Susanne gives them all the time they need, my dogs quickly gained confidence and were very cooperative. I'm simply extremely happy with her and feel very comfortable and well cared for there.
