Dr. Emami is a very professional, patient, and caring vet specialist. He is my dog's routine vet and did a surgery for him, too, and I am more than satisfied for all his help. Everything is so calming, friendly, and clean in this clinic.

They fixed the severely broken leg of Cathy. Needed almost a week to get her back because Cathy had to stabilise. Obviously, not cheap, but they were kind with cat and us. Keep up your great work. 😻

Was okay. They could not help much there for our dogs issue and of course as it is Notdienst it was super expensive for 5 mins of checking him and telling me that we need to give the dog anesthesia to find out more. Only if you can wait, wait until your normal dog doctor opens again after the weekend is over.

Honestly, I was a bit worried to go to this clinic after reading so many bad reviews, but the only thing what I experienced there was kindness and professionalism. And even when the doctor and the nurse were not native German speakers, their language skills were excellent. But what is more important is that they were doing a great job with my dog. Special thanks to Dr. Smailji and Ms. Bastian (I hope I remember correctly)! They were super nice to my very energetic Smajo. If I have a problem with my dog in the future, I will definitely come here.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic. Our dog passed away following treatment here, and throughout the process we experienced what we felt was poor communication, limited support, and a lack of compassion during an extremely difficult time. During surgery for one condition, which turned out to be related to the intestine, two different organs were removed because a tumor was suspected. We understood this was intended as a preventive measure, but our dog never recovered from the procedure and later passed away. We were subsequently informed that the laboratory analysis did not confirm the suspected tumor. We were also disappointed that the tissue samples intended for laboratory testing were reportedly received by the laboratory days after our dog’s death, which left us with many unanswered questions. We understand that not every medical outcome can be controlled and that complications can occur. However, based on our experience, the communication, organisation and support we received fell far below our expectations. Sadly, we cannot recommend this clinic.
