A very good veterinary practice with consistently friendly and competent staff. We feel very well cared for by Ms. Benz and her team. Our dog isn't exactly thrilled when he realizes where we're going, but he doesn't show any fear or defensiveness because they handle him very gently.

I've been to a few doctors with my cats, and I have to say, never has anyone taken so much time to examine a problem so thoroughly. Many sensible, comprehensible considerations were made, and I truly felt like the matter was being addressed in a sincere and structured manner. Furthermore, the procedures used during treatment were creative and helpful. I can recommend Dr. Schäufele-Karp, but the entire practice made a good first impression. I hope we've finally settled in well. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, my last visit to this practice was disappointing—not because of the medical treatment, but because of the lack of cost transparency. The bill included an additional charge for "individual consultation without examination," even though a general examination including consultation had already been billed. This additional consultation was neither announced nor explained, making it incomprehensible to me as the client. Especially with veterinary visits, which are already emotionally charged and expensive, I expect clear and transparent communication, particularly when additional costs arise. A brief explanation beforehand would have been perfectly sufficient. The treatment itself was fine, but the billing practices unfortunately leave a negative impression. Transparency builds trust—and that's precisely what was lacking here. I will never come back here.

A heartfelt recommendation! Bianca Benz is a veterinarian with both heart and expertise. I feel completely at ease with her, both professionally and personally, when it comes to my two Border Collies. Treatments are discussed transparently and questions can be asked. The entire practice team is very friendly and attentive to both the animals and their owners.
