1A Note
We have a rabbit, and since breeding practices cause their teeth to grow very quickly, we opted for a front tooth extraction. This was performed very well. The medications provided were in excellent condition, and the explanations were equally clear. Currently, our Kning has a lung infection (because it was briefly too cold for him at home 😕!) and is receiving such good treatment at the veterinary clinic that he can go home today! Our little miracle of the day 🎉, as bred rabbits often don't forgive such things. I really appreciate the calm and humane atmosphere at this clinic. We take our time, observe, and discuss each animal together. I can also acknowledge my own mistakes without feeling judged. Acceptance, honesty, trust, and openness are always present. The pricing is fair and commendable. The entire clinic team exudes a warm sense of calm and security, is always friendly, incredibly patient, and understanding. I didn't want any other practice ❤️ Thank you so much for everything!
My two cats got an appointment relatively quickly. The parking spaces right outside are a real plus! The young women at reception were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The vet didn't keep us waiting long. He was incredibly calm, gentle with the cats, and acted immediately. For the first time ever, my two cats didn't hiss at a vet! It was a great pleasure! Thank you so much to the whole team! ;)
We took our critically ill dog to this veterinary practice and experienced a series of very concerning situations. Initially, the veterinarian explained that our dog was too unstable for anesthesia and would need to be stabilized with IV fluids for several days. A day later, he suddenly changed his mind and said that immediate surgery under general anesthesia was necessary – even though he had previously emphasized that anesthesia would be too dangerous. What was particularly shocking was that we were given IV fluids that had expired six months prior. Administering these to a severely weakened, critically ill animal is, in my opinion, potentially dangerous and utterly irresponsible. When we raised this issue, we were dismissed as untrustworthy instead of the mistake being investigated or acknowledged. Despite this incident, he stubbornly refused to administer a necessary electrolyte infusion and sent us away. Furthermore, we were charged again for the new IV fluids we received the following day, without any attempt at compensation, even though we had previously been given expired fluids. Then, out of sheer stubbornness, he refused to give us a much-needed electrolyte infusion and sent us away. We found this behavior completely unprofessional, contradictory, and potentially life-threatening for our dog. Therefore, we cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances and are also contacting the veterinary association.
