During my visit, I discovered that the veterinarian's treatment was unprofessional and disrespectful. The veterinarian became personal and spoke in a manner that I found inappropriate and hurtful. Furthermore, she didn't issue an invoice or receipt, which I find extremely unusual and lacking in transparency. In addition, the veterinarian treated me with unfounded suspicion and questioned my concerns in a way that severely undermined my trust in the practice. There are plenty of other, better veterinarians.

A very kind and competent veterinarian. She takes her time, explains things clearly, and treats both animals and people with care. Her practice is clean, and appointments are available quickly. I went to her for an emergency, and she was able to help my dog. I am so grateful to her. I highly recommend her! Everything was perfect!!! Sending her a big hug.

Absolutely, she is the best vet in the area. I came to her with my cat in an absolute emergency because my trust in the old vet was more than gone. My cat was more dead than alive, but Ms. Aydinlandi made the impossible possible. With an incredible amount of time, care, and dedication, she gave everything so that my cat is still here today. There were signs and symptoms that the cat had been showing for some time, and not just that, which the old vet had completely ignored, and here they were immediately recognized and treated. One week after our emergency arose, my cat is running around again and is recovering bit by bit. Without Ms. Aydinlandi and her knowledge and way of dealing with things, the cat would no longer be here. I wouldn't trust anyone with an animal more than her!

Top-notch veterinarian, super nice. We've never had anyone more competent for our little furry friends. This doctor really takes her time with her pets. So, plan on spending a little extra time in the waiting room; it's worth it. You should definitely be open to criticism if something isn't as it should be, but that's exactly what I expect from my vet, after all, it's about the lives of our little family members. In emergencies, Dr. Özay also makes house calls. Thank you so much! We've finally found the right practice after being plagued by many illnesses and having been to several practices and clinics. We feel very well cared for here; the other patients I saw also seemed very satisfied. I can't quite understand the negative reviews.
