Appointments are easy to schedule, sometimes even on the same day, which is especially reassuring for the owner. The practice team is also very friendly. Even at the end of a dog's life, they are always kind and compassionate. Now we're taking our new dog there again. We feel very well cared for.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this veterinary practice. I personally brought my acutely terminally ill dog to the practice. Although I was a regular patient there, I was turned away without an examination or assistance, on the grounds that I didn't have an appointment. Although I was referred to another veterinary clinic, by that time I was already at the practice with an obvious emergency. I cannot understand why, in such a situation, no first aid, a brief assessment, or even a sympathetic response was possible. Instead, I had to leave again, even though it involved a suffering animal and time was of the essence. Sadly, my dog ​​had to be euthanized that same day. I found the practice's handling of this situation extremely disappointing, both personally and professionally.

We've been taking our Australian Shepherd to Dr. Völzke's veterinary practice for many years. Our dog is now over 14 years old. Dr. Völzke is a compassionate, highly competent veterinarian. He always takes the time to explain everything calmly. The entire team is friendly and helpful. The quiet atmosphere in the small practice is very pleasant. We feel very well looked after there!
